- In Girl Scouts—Dakota Horizons girls and adults discover the fun, friendship and power of girls and adults together. Girl Scouts—Dakota Horizons is open to all girls ages 5-17 and adult members 18+ in the Council’s jurisdiction which includes all of North and South Dakota, 13 Minnesota Counties and one county in Iowa. Fall registrations are held in many schools but you can become a Girl Scout any time throughout the year. Regardless of your age, the possibilities are endless!
